Our exchange policy is 14 days store credit only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and any and all tags still attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as pacifiers or headbands/bows.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with an order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.

To return your product in person, please visit us at our brick and mortar location at 2811 Johnston Street, Lafayette, La 70503.
Shipping Back Your Return
To return your product by mail, please send an email to email@example.com requesting a return authorization (RA) number. Once you have received an RA Number, you should mail your product to: 2811 Johnston Street Lafayette, Louisiana US 70503
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and any shipping cost associated with an exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
