Regular priced items must be returned within 14 days for store credit only. Sale merchandise 40% OFF or less must be returned within 7 days for store credit only. All merchandise 50% OFF or more is FINAL SALE. Some items, such as seasonal merchandise, may be deemed final sale before it is discounted to 50% and will be labeled on the collections page at time of purchase.
We do not allow the canceling of orders before shipment due to high demand, but if an exception at the discretion of management is made for cancelation the refund will be purchase price minus the transactional processing fees of up to 7%.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and any and all tags still attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as pacifiers or headbands/bows.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with an order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.

Shipping Back Your Return
To return your product by mail, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return authorization (RA) number. Once you have received an RA Number, you should mail your product to: 2811 Johnston Street Lafayette, Louisiana US 70503
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and any shipping cost associated with an exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders placed that select "Store Pickup" are held for up to 6 months. Email notification is sent alerting customers when pickup orders are ready. If a phone number is on file, we do our best to call and remind customers of their orders, but a phone call is not guaranteed. After 6 months if a pickup order is not claimed and two written email attempts to contact you are left unanswered, the merchandise is considered abandoned and the store has the right to do with the unclaimed merchandise as they see fit.
The normal return policy period for orders begins the day they are purchased. If items are not picked up within the normal return policy window, they will become final sale.
