Return Policy
We want you to love every purchase from Melodi's! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Returns
- Regular-priced merchandise: Return within 14 days for store credit.
- Sale merchandise (up to 40% OFF): Return within 7 days for store credit.
- Merchandise 50% OFF or more: Final Sale.
Some seasonal merchandise may be designated as Final Sale before reaching 50% off. These items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
Order Cancellations
Due to the high demand for many of our products, we generally cannot cancel orders once they have been placed.
If management approves an exception, the refund will be issued less payment processing fees (up to 7%).
Return Requirements
Returned merchandise must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original packaging
- Have all original tags attached
- Include proof of purchase or your order number
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Merchandise discounted 50% or more
- Seasonal Final Sale merchandise
- Gift cards
- Preorders and presales
- Personalized items
- Pacifiers
- Headbands and bows
- Certain health and personal care items
Store Credit
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know whether your return has been approved.
Approved returns will receive store credit.

Returning Items by Mail
Before mailing your return, please email info@shopmelodis.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
After receiving your RA Number, mail your package to:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping charges associated with exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Store Pickup Orders
Store Pickup orders will be held for up to six (6) months.
You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. If a phone number is provided, we'll do our best to call with a reminder, although phone calls cannot be guaranteed.
If an order remains unclaimed after six months and two email attempts have gone unanswered, the merchandise will be considered abandoned and becomes the property of Melodi's.
Please note that the return period begins on the original purchase date, not the pickup date. Merchandise not picked up before the applicable return window expires becomes Final Sale.
